The Establishment LA | Hair Stylist | Silver Lake, Los Angeles
We are hiring an experienced hair stylist who is serious about their craft and ready to build something lasting in Los Angeles.
This is a full-time, four-day position. We are growing intentionally and there is real room on the floor for the right person.

What we are looking for
- 5+ years behind the chair
- Valid California cosmetology license
- Color-forward experience strongly preferred
- Strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for personalized client care
- Commitment to sustainable and eco-conscious beauty practices
- Creative, grounded, and forward-thinking — someone who fits the cadence of Silver Lane — Professionalism with personality
