What You’ll Do
Provide a range of professional hair services, including cutting, colouring, treatments, and styling tailored to each client
Create a welcoming and personalized experience by listening to clients’ needs and offering thoughtful recommendations
Create contents
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the salon
Recommend and retail professional products that support clients in maintaining their look at home
Assist with daily salon operations such as booking appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
Build strong, lasting relationships that encourage client loyalty and referrals
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and ongoing education
Contribute to social media/content creation to showcase your work and the salon
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio
A friendly, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse clientele
Knowledge of salon sanitation and safety standards
Confidence in recommending products in a genuine, client-focused way
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and grow
Experience with retail or front desk tasks is an asset, but not required
A valid cosmetology license as must but not necessary.
