Expectations:
– Must have a Cosmetology or Barber license.
– Perform haircuts, shaves, and styling services tailored to client preferences.
– Be consistent in quality and customer service.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
– Show up at schedules time for work.
– Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
– Patience building an elite clientele.
– Engage with clients to build rapport and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service.
– Positive and helpful attitude towards coworkers.
