Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Perform makeup application services as requested by clients to enhance their overall look.
Utilize hair threading techniques as needed for precise eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas in compliance with health regulations.
Use salon software such as MINDBODY to manage appointments, track client preferences, and process transactions efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.
Engage in retail sales by promoting salon products that complement the services provided.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques to offer innovative services.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in makeup application techniques.
Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry.

Valid cosmetology license with a solid understanding of color theory.
