As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles that meet the needs and preferences of our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional salon environment.
Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client specifications.
Perform makeup application services as requested by clients, ensuring a polished look for special occasions.
Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and beauty to provide clients with the latest options.
Upsell additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience while contributing to salon sales.
Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
Basic understanding of barbering skills is beneficial for diverse clientele.
