Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care products and services.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Contribute to retail sales by promoting salon products effectively.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and techniques such as hair threading and barbering.
Skills
Strong knowledge of hair, coloring techniques, and styling methods.
Experience with salon software for efficient client management.
Ability to mentor others while fostering a positive team environment.
Familiarity with hair extensions application techniques.
