Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hair styling to younger kids with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
– Provide professional hair care services to younger kids of age ranging 6 months to 12 years
– Be patient with kids and utilize the cutting techniques to accomplish the goal.
– Communicate effectively with clients/parents to understand their needs and preferences
– Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following all health and safety guidelines
– Ability to learn the Check in/Check out system and manage retail sales
– Demonstrate store management skills to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with proficiency in hair styling techniques
– Valid cosmetology license in the state of Texas
– Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
– Experience with younger children is a plus
– Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon setting
– Experience in retail sales and store management is advantageous
Potential to earn more in tips each hour on top of the hourly payrate.
