Position Summary
The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guests’ overall sense of well-being and enhance the club experience. Services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, aiming to generate sales through services and products that exceed guests’ expectations.
Job Duties
and Responsibilities
Provides personalized hair services and treatments to meet clients’ needs and expectations
Educates clients on Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style
Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance, staying current with styles and techniques
Promotes all Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments
Maintains current certifications and industry trends
Keeps work stations clean and organized according to salon standards
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Completed Cosmetology school
1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
Cosmetology license in the state of work
Ability to perform various hair services and treatments
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions
Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Requirements
Experience working as a stylist in a professional setting
Knowledge of Salon Biz software
