What You’ll Do

Deliver fabulous haircuts, color, and styles with confidence

Build lasting relationships and a loyal clientele

Recommend professional products to enhance results

Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment

Handle basic admin tasks and occasionally close up shop

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

A valid journeyperson COA (or close too)

A flexible schedule — evenings and weekends included

Tech skills to navigate salon software (we’ll train you!)

Great communication skills and team spirit

A strong work ethic and a passion for customer service

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and perform salon services

Comfortable with bending, reaching, and light lifting (10–25 lbs)

OK with being around hair products, chemicals, and scents

Pay Range

$35,000 – $50,000 Annual
