BISHOPS Cuts/Color is looking for an upbeat and talented Hair Stylist or Barber. Our shops are fun and fast-paced; we play good music and provide our customers with top-notch cutting and coloring services. We use Wella and Pulp Riot, and there are no hidden back bar fees!

· Color experience is a must, if a cosmetologist.

Duties:
– Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
– Perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, hair threading, and makeup application as needed.
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Upsell retail products to clients and provide recommendations based on their needs.
– Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries.
– Mentor junior barbers and provide guidance on techniques and customer service skills.
– Maintain knowledge of current trends in barbering and stay updated on new techniques and products.
– Conduct retail sales transactions using basic retail math skills.
Experience:
– Must have a valid barber license.
– Proven experience in providing barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
– Knowledge of eyelash extensions, nail care, hair threading, and makeup application is a plus.
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
– Ability to upsell retail products and provide recommendations based on client needs.
– Experience handling front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing inquiries.
– Familiarity with mentoring junior barbers and providing guidance on techniques and customer service skills.
