Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Stylist/Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hair care and styling, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of techniques.
Responsibilities:
– Provide client services including haircuts, color, beard trim..perms, extensions.
– Offer hair care treatments such as shampooing and conditioning
– Perform hair coloring and styling services
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients
– Educate clients on hair care techniques and products
Qualifications:
– Completion of a cosmetology program or barbering program or relevant certification
– Proficiency in techniques including cutting, styling, and shaving
– Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services
– Familiarity with hair extensions and threading techniques
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Self motivated!
