Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims with precision and attention to detail.
Utilize hair threading techniques to enhance styling options for clients.
Provide expert advice on hair care and styling products to encourage upselling.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Engage in retail sales by promoting products that align with client needs and preferences.
Offer additional services such as makeup application and nail care when required.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Skills
Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of retail math to assist in managing product sales effectively.
Experience in upselling products and services based on client consultations.
Ability to perform hair threading and other specialized grooming techniques.
Familiarity with front desk operations within a salon environment is a plus.
