Our artistry in natural hair care and styling continues to flourish as we provide ongoing, complimentary training to all team members. Personalized consultations, meticulous cleanliness, teamwork, mutual respect, pride, professionalism, style, and fun are all pillars of our environment at Thrive Hair Bar.
Requirements
You must be a licensed cosmetologist or licensed natural hair stylist/braider in DC
You must commit to four, 8 hour training sessions over two weeks during probation
Pay
Guaranteed Hourly Pay$ for new hires during probationary period or a $500 sign-on bonus as a commission-only hire
Service commission + retail commission + tips
Complimentary training is provided for all team members
Pay: $40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
