We are seeking a full or part-time hairstylist for our high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base. We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, committed to offering the highest effective wage in the market, which includes base wage, productivity, product commissions, and tips. Last week, the average effective wage was $31.26/hr. Some staff earn more depending on proficiency, but no one earns less than $20/hr in total.

Ongoing training, both virtual and hands-on
Responsibilities:
Consulting with clients on hairstyle options
Listening to clients’ needs
Describing hair care products and benefits
Shampooing, cutting, and styling hair
Requirements:
Valid barber or cosmetology license
Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful
Excellent interpersonal skills
Creative mindset and good eye for design
