Qualifications
Active Washington state Barber or Cosmetology License
Organized, professional, reliable, accountable
Positive, upbeat, motivated
Ability to work well with others and as a team
Ability to handle a fast-paced and busy environment
Flexible and able to adapt to business needs
Able to operate point of sale system
Comfortable with selling products and services consistently
Responsibilities
Greets clients as they arrive and ensures they are comfortable
Answers phones and schedules appointments using salon booking software
Makes calls to follow up and confirm upcoming appointments
Rebooks appointments
Offers and sells appropriate retail products
Maintains shop cleanliness
Uses critical thinking to solve problems independently
Routinely Maintains Personal Equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship, Internship
Pay: $5,000.00 – $8,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
