Position: Full or Part-time hair stylist in a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base.
We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, striving to offer the highest “effective wage” in the market, which includes base wage, productivity, product commissions, and tips. Last week, the average effective wage was $31.26/hr.*. Some earn less, some earn more, but no one earns less than $20/hr in total.

Responsibilities:
Consult with clients on hairstyling options.
Listen to clients’ needs and preferences.
Describe hair care products and benefits.
Perform shampooing, cutting, and styling.
Requirements:
Valid barber or cosmetology license.
Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers (helpful).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset and good eye for design.
Compensation includes base pay, product commissions, productivity bonuses, and tips.
