We are seeking a full or part-time hair stylist for a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base. We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, committed to offering the highest effective wage in the market, averaging $31.26/hr last week, which includes base wage, productivity, product commissions, and tips. No one in our company earns less than $20/hr in total.
Benefits include a $300 signing bonus, ongoing virtual and hands-on training, and opportunities to work at select salons.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients on hairstyle options.
Listen to clients’ needs and preferences.
Describe hair care products and their benefits.
Perform shampooing, cutting, and styling.
Requirements:
Valid barber or cosmetology license.
Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset and good eye for design.
Compensation includes base pay, product commissions, productivity bonuses, and tips.
