Responsibilities
Provide exceptional blow dry styling services to clients based on their preferences.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations.
Educate clients on hair care products and styling techniques to enhance their experience.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in developing their skills within the team.
Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery for all guests.
Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license required.
Proven experience in hair styling, particularly blow dry techniques.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others look their best.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
