We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hair care services and be knowledgeable about the latest trends in the industry.
Responsibilities:
– Provide hair care services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
– Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and products
– Promote and sell salon products to clients
Skills:
– Proficiency in hair styling, cutting, and coloring
– Knowledge of color theory and techniques
– Experience with hair extensions, nail care, barbering, and eyelash extensions is a plus
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Ability to mentor junior stylists
– Familiarity with front desk duties such as booking appointments and handling transactions
– Understanding of sanitation practices in a salon environment
