Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable color options for clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon area.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and answering phones
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction.
Mentor junior stylists or interns by sharing knowledge and techniques.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and barbering techniques.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized service.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Retail sales experience is beneficial for product recommendations.
A passion for mentoring others in the beauty industry is an asset.
