Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and possess a range of skills in various hair treatments and services. Responsibilities: – Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling – Provide hair treatments such as threading, extensions, and barbering services – Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development – Manage front desk duties when needed – Utilize retail math skills to recommend and sell hair care products – Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon – Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences Skills: – Proficient in hair threading, extensions, and barbering techniques – Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists – Experience with front desk responsibilities is a plus – Knowledge of retail math for product sales – Strong sanitation practices to ensure a clean salon environment – Familiarity with store management procedures – Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients Join our team as a Hair Stylist to showcase your talent and creativity in a dynamic salon environment.
