Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. We are looking for a hairdressers that are seasoned, with self sustained clientele for either Booth Rent or Commission working towards booth rent position.
As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair care services to our clients. This includes cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair to enhance our clients’ natural beauty.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional hair care services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and color
– Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired outcomes
– Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments to clients
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Sanitize tools and equipment after each use
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
– Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
– Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon environment
Qualifications:
– Valid cosmetology license
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and creativity
