We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our vibrant team at SHY Salon and Spa. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ confidence through exceptional hair services.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Promote additional services and products to enhance client experience.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license required.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Familiarity with hair extensions and color theory is essential.
Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Sales skills for upselling products or services are a plus.

Pay: $25.73 – $30.68 per hour
