We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and possess the ability to provide exceptional grooming services to our diverse clientele. This role requires not only technical expertise but also excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for every customer. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the confidence and satisfaction of our clients through your artistry and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering techniques and styles.
Perform hair threading and nail care services as needed.
Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable services.
Mentor junior barbers and assist in training new staff members when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Manage inventory and assist with store management tasks, including retail math for product sales.
Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Skills
Proficient in barbering techniques with a strong understanding of color theory.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to mentor others and share knowledge within the team.
Experience in makeup application is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of retail math for effective product management is beneficial.

Pay: $1,030.89 – $1,241.50 per week
