We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team at Pixie Dust Salon. ( accommodations listed below)
As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our/ your clients, including hair styling, cutting, coloring, and more. If you have a passion for hair and enjoy creating beautiful looks for clients, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
Be able to book, and maintain own clientele, books , supplies and income.
– Perform a variety of hair services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
– Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide recommendations
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Handle cash, debit, and virtual transactions and book appointments.
– Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend retail products that you feel is necessary for their hair type.
– Assist in mentoring junior stylists and provide guidance when needed as we work as team in this super fun yet professional Salon.
Experience:
– Previous experience as a Hair Stylist is required, also able to build clientele.
– Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
– Knowledge of barbering techniques and straight razor shaving is a plus
– Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Basic retail math skills for handling cash, debit and virtual transactions

Accommodations included in your boothrental full and part time:
-Come and go as you please, in a beautiful secure salon, with locking stations.
-Shampoo and conditioner, cleaning supplies, laundering, towels, paper towels, wifi, snacks and drinks, classes 2 to 6 times a year if you choose to attend, and more.
Part time is $450.00 per month, 3 days per week. breaks down to 112.50 per week, $37.50 per day.
Full time is $650.00 per month, 6 days a week. Breaks down to $162.50 per week, $27.00 per day.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100.00 – $500.00 per day
Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
