We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.
Demonstrate proficiency in advanced techniques such as hair extensions and hair threading.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sanitation protocols.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Provide nail care services when required, ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair care, color theory, and styling techniques.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling salon products.
Knowledge of color theory and its application in hair coloring techniques.
Familiarity with barbering techniques is beneficial but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
