Job Summary
This posting is for a Chair Rental only. A great opportunity to be your own boss, come and go as you please with still the comradery of a salon family. The salon provides ample storage, towels, beverages for guests, onsite laundry, cleaning service once a week, plenty of parking on a busy main road.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and color theory.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace.
Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and product recommendations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment.
A recurring clientle
Strong knowledge of color theory and retail math to assist clients with product purchases.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
