We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating stylish looks that enhance the beauty of our clients while ensuring their satisfaction with every visit.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Perform hair threading and barbering techniques as requested by clients.
Offer additional services such as nail care and eyelash extensions to enhance the overall client experience.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Handle retail sales of hair care products and accessories, applying retail math skills as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to achieve salon goals and foster a positive work environment.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Familiarity with salon software systems for efficient operations.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques and an understanding of retail math is preferred.
Experience in hair threading, barbering, eyelash extensions, and straight razor techniques is a plus.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
