Primary Responsibilities Include:
· Contribute to the team by performing salon services
· Market the salon and build clientele
· Encourage customer retention and cultivate new business
· Help to create a work environment that encourages employee growth and success
Successful Candidates Must Have:
Current CA cosmetology license or close to completing certification
Ability to provide exceptional guest service by understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations, and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner
Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures, and light housekeeping duties
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
