What You’ll Do:
Deliver precision haircuts, gorgeous blowouts, and expert color services (balayage, highlights, root touch-ups, and more).
Provide a personalized and elevated experience for every guest
Recommend and sell professional hair and beauty products from our retail collection
Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing work station
Collaborate with a team of talented stylists and beauty professionals
Stay on trend with new techniques, tools, and education
What We’re Looking For:
A licensed CT cosmetologist with a love for hair and client care
Proficiency in both cutting and all types of hair coloring services preferred, but we welcome Junior Stylists to apply!
A warm, professional presence with strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-driven
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to grow
Availability to work weekdays and weekends: Sunday availability is a MUST.
