Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled & passionate Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various beauty services & a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are a level & commission-based salon. Stylists will begin at an hourly rate appropriate to the level at which they are hired in at (based on experience & certifications) until commission reached.
Responsibilities:
– Perform a variety of beauty services including haircuts, styling, coloring, & treatments
– Engage in retail sales of beauty products
– Upsell services & products to clients
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs & preferences
– Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
– Maintain cleanliness of work area & work with team to complete salon duties
Requirements:
– Indiana Cosmetology License
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced, team environment
– Professional appearance & demeanor
– Willingness to further education
