Summary
We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Allure Salon and Spa. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair styling while providing top-notch service to our clients. Located in a vibrant community, this position is essential for enhancing our clients’ beauty experience.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments.
Utilize straight razors and other tools to achieve desired styles for clients.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with salon policies.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and cosmetology.
Assist with nail care services as needed to enhance the client experience.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license required.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with strong skills in hair cutting and coloring.
Familiarity with salon software such as Phorest is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $30.60 – $32.19 per hour
