Key Responsibilities:
We offer a wide array of hair and beauty services, including hair extensions, cutting, coloring, styling, and specialized treatments.
Conduct detailed consultations to accurately gauge client needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness and sanitation protocols for all tools, equipment, and salon spaces.
Proactively promote and upsell salon products and additional services, enhancing client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Continuously update skills and knowledge on the latest industry trends and techniques, and eagerly engage in learning opportunities.
Efficiently manage client bookings and records using our online scheduling software.
Requirements:
Current Georgia State Cosmetology License.
Demonstrable experience in a professional salon or spa setting.
Exceptional customer service prowess, with a proven track record of building client relationships.
Thorough understanding of best practices in cosmetology hygiene and sanitation.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong verbal communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex procedures clearly and concisely to clients.
