Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our DryBar team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair care and styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant salon environment where creativity and skill are valued. You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services while also engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met. This is a privately owned drybar, we are not a franchise.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services to clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and care.
Utilize software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Offer additional services such as makeup services when applicable.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, including front desk responsibilities.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques.
Experience with retail sales and an understanding of retail math preferred not required.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
A passion for the beauty industry, continuous learning, and professional growth.
Able to travel for events and weddings.
Must be able to work Saturdays and half days Sunday.

Pay: $19.48 – $25.07 per hour
