Duties:
– Perform a range of beauty services including hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.
– Engage in retail sales of beauty products and upsell services to clients.
– Mentor junior staff members in cosmetology techniques.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
– Valid Cosmetology license.
– Proven experience in providing a variety of beauty services.
– Strong knowledge of hair care products and trends.
– Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
– Ability to manage a salon or store is a plus.
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize.
