We are looking for a Hair Stylist/Cosmotologist who has:
A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
Amazing hair styling skills is an asset
A desire to provide excellent customer service
Effectively collaborate with teammates
Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
Opportunity: Work one-on-one with our Shop Educator to learn how to master Drybar’s 8 signature styles and more. Shine & be promoted to shift lead or management roles!
Responsibilities
– Provide high-quality hair styling and cosmetology services to clients.
– Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment, following all sanitation guidelines.
– Utilize excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
– Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and cosmetology.
– Possess a cosmetology license and adhere to all relevant regulations and requirements.
– Utilize communication skills to effectively consult with clients on their desired look.
– Offer additional services such as hair extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance the client experience.
– Utilize salon software and management tools to schedule appointments and manage client information efficiently.
– Mentor and train junior stylists in various techniques and best practices.
– Utilize retail sales skills to recommend and upsell hair care products to clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 39 per week
