Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients based on their preferences and needs
– Perform hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty services
– Offer expert advice on hair care and recommend suitable products for at-home maintenance
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and ensure satisfaction
– Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques
– Assist with retail sales of hair care products and recommend appropriate items for clients’ needs
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Contribute to store management tasks as needed
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in hair styling, extensions, makeup application, and eyelash extensions
– Knowledge of barbering techniques, hair threading, and straight razor skills is a plus
– Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
– Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality services
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
