Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team. As a Cosmetologist, you will provide a range of beauty services to our clients, including hair styling, makeup application, and hair threading. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and train junior stylists. If you have a strong background in cosmetology and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Perform hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and styling
– Apply makeup for special occasions and events
– Provide hair threading services
– Assist with front desk duties as needed
– Mentor and train junior stylists
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
Experience:
– Valid cosmetology license
– Proven experience in hair styling and makeup application
– Knowledge of color theory and retail math
– Familiarity with MINDBODY software is a plus
– Experience in store management is preferred
Skills:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and creativity
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Excellent customer service skills
