Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to clients’ needs.
Utilize techniques such as hair extensions and straight razor cutting to achieve desired looks.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
Upsell retail products that complement salon services, utilizing retail math skills for effective sales strategies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas.
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and techniques through continuous education.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or certification from an accredited institution.
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
