CRLAB Laguna Hills – Full-Time Stylist (Specializing in Trichology)

With over 50 years of experience and innovation, CRLAB has helped thousands overcome hair and scalp challenges through custom treatments and patented solutions.
Now open in Laguna Hills, our California flagship center is looking for a dedicated, full-time stylist to join our team.
We are looking for a licensed, sales-oriented stylist with at least 5 years of experience who is ready to embrace a new world: the science of scalp and hair health.
This role requires curiosity, compassion, and the desire to learn a complete methodology through our structured training programs. You will evolve into a trichology specialist, gaining expertise in scalp analysis, treatment protocols, and the customization of our medical-grade hair prosthetic system (CNC®).
Previous hair replacement system experience is an added value, but not mandatory.
This Is Not a Regular Salon Job
This role is ideal for a licensed stylist who wants more than routine cuts and colors. You’ll still use your styling, cutting, and coloring skills—but you’ll also be trained in trichology protocols, scalp treatments, and our exclusive hair replacement system (CNC®).

What You’ll Do
Provide hair services (cut, color, styling) in a private treatment room
Learn to conduct scalp analyses and apply trichological treatments
Support clients dealing with thinning hair, hair loss, or scalp conditions
Help apply and maintain our custom hair systems (training provided)
Maintain a clean and professional space, following all sanitation guidelines
Build relationships and provide personalized, compassionate care
Position Details
Hourly Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time (38–40 hours/week); salon closed Sundays and Mondays
Location: Laguna Hills, CA (free parking, easily accessible)

Requirements
Valid California Cosmetology License
Minimum 5 years hairstyling experience strongly preferred
Sales-oriented and passionate about client satisfaction
Interest in learning trichology (no prior experience needed)
Strong communication and client care skills
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with full-time, in-person work
