Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to clients’ preferences.
Understand and recommend products for retail sales to enhance clients’ overall look.
Sanitate tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment.
Utilize advanced techniques such as straight razor cutting, hair extensions, advanced color techniques as needed.
Maintain knowledge of current trends in hairstyling and beauty to provide clients with the latest styles and techniques.
Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
Assist in store management tasks, including inventory control and merchandising of retail products.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere that encourages creativity and teamwork.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Proven experience in hair styling, is preferred but not required.
Strong skills in retail sales are advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.77 – $55.00 per hour
