Salon Blānc in Milwaukee, WI is looking for one hairstylist & salon manager to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 1541 N Water St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
$18-$20 hourly PLUS 50% Commission.

Responsibilities
*Provide high-quality haircuts, blowouts, color services. *Maintain up to date knowledge of current trends and techniques in hair-styling *Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat visits.
Qualifications
*Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth workflow *Schedule appointments and manage staff schedules *Lead and motivate the team to meet service standards and goal *Manage inventory of salon products and supplies *Assist with social media content
