Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create beautiful looks that enhance our clients’ confidence. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Utilize MINDBODY or other salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions or nail care to enhance the client experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide top-notch services.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in hair styling, barbering, and related services.
Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
Certification or licensure in cosmetology or barbering is required.

Pay: $22.24 – $40.00 per hour
