We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ appearance and confidence through various hair services.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair threading to meet client needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and color theory to provide clients with informed recommendations.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients, understanding their preferences, and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products and tools that complement the services provided.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in cosmetology, barbering, and makeup application.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store management and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Knowledge of color theory and ability to apply various coloring techniques effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in retail sales is preferred, along with familiarity with retail math concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
