Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and a commitment to customer service, providing exceptional hair services while ensuring a positive experience for our clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling, cutting, and coloring services, as well as offering any additional beauty treatments that you are trained in to offer.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring & styling.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles or treatments.
Utilize salon software such as Phorest and Vish to manage appointments and client records efficiently.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color and cutting techniques.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification is required.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques to include haircuts & coloring services.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Use of social media for promoting your work.

Pay: $2,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month
