Job Summary
We are looking to GROW our busy salon business!
We are looking for NEW or EXISTING stylists who are looking for a new home!
Also looking to hire cosmetology students for in salon associate training. Must be close to finishing or finished with cosmetology.
We have been in business since 1989 with the same owner who takes care of his employees.
We have a 4000sq ft salon with a fully stocked dispensary, giant break room/education room and just recently completed a $175,000+ remodel!

What we’re looking for:
Experience or no experience!
We run a in-salon training program which means you get to train with a master stylist to hone in on your skill and get experience.
Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client preferences.
Receive training and mentorship under a high-level stylist.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing professional advice on hair care products and services.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, nail care, and beauty services to provide clients with contemporary options.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning in hairstyling techniques is essential.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
