Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Replacement Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology, hair replacement and a flair for creativity, providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. As a Hair Replacement Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, color treatments, and styling services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise in various techniques, including hairpiece, wigs, extensions attachments services, cleaning hair pieces and wigs will be essential in meeting the diverse needs of our clientele.
Responsibilities
Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, color treatments, and styling.
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable services.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and cosmetology.
Utilize salon software such as m Square
attaching hairpiece, wigs, extension services
cleaning hair pieces and wigs
Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing appointments.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
Experience
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Experience with hair replacement services
Familiarity with salon management software (e.g., Square) i
Previous experience in Hair Replacement salon is a plus.
Skills in barbering are a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
A proven track record of excellent customer service and client retention.
Possibility of taking over the business in the future and or purchasing business and renting building

Pay: $16.00 – $23.95 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
