Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team here at T&T Barbershop! More and more men as well as women are taking pride in their appearance, and we have more demand for our services than we can provide! We are looking to add professional barbers to our winning team!
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing diverse clients’ appearances while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims with precision and care on men, women & childern.
Provide education to clients of guidance on maintenance for their hair.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
Ensure you have the proper products in stock for future clients
Recommend appropriate hair and grooming products to clients.
All barbers are required to dress and appear in a neat, well-groomed and professional manner
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques and cutting methods for diverse clients.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Must be a licensed barber
Able to work flexible days and hour as well as choosing your own hours Tuesday through Saturday
