Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist(s) to grow their business while enjoying an intimate environment, where you have the freedom and the flexibility to grow the way you want to.
Our ideal candidate(s) Should have a strong background in hair styling and a flair for creativity, providing exceptional services to clients. We are lookign for eithe rbooth renters or commission stylists. We offer competive rates for booth renters and commission stylists.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, color treatments, and styling services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the salon.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Perform makeup application as requested by clients to enhance their overall look.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts when appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area and tools.
Use salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Upsell additional services and products to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Offer nail care services as needed, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience for clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering, and hair threading techniques.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a professional salon setting is preferred.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques along with knowledge of current trends is essential.
we are looking for candidates who have some clientele, but are still looking to grow or have a full clientele
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
