Be your own boss with booth rental or commission base.
Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to meet client needs.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon software, such as MINDBODY, for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell products and services to clients, contributing to the overall success of the salon.
Skills
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Proficiency in salon software systems, for efficient appointment management.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards consistently.
Competence in upselling products that align with client needs and preferences.
