We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. This is a commission position based on skill level. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair styling techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while helping clients achieve their desired looks. You will also play a key role in maintaining a welcoming salon environment and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on styles and products.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon growth.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace, including tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
20 percent current clientele
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
A passion for the beauty industry with an eagerness to learn new techniques and trends.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $12.92 – $15.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
