Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. {THIS IS A RENTAL POSITION OR 1099} The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while helping clients achieve their desired looks. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior stylists and contributing to a positive salon environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments.
Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license required.
Proven experience in hair styling with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and trends.
Experience with Gloss Genius or similar salon software is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $23.60 – $28.21 per hour
