We are seeking a Salon Coordinator to join our team!
The Salon Coordinator position is hands-on and will require the Salon Coordinator to work closely with all of the salon members. Our Salon Coordinator must have a positive attitude, as well as high standards for quality and service, and must be able to work independently while being a team player.
Responsibilities:
Greet/Cash out clients
Booking/Rescheduling appointments
Coordinating appointments with other services in building
Posting on social media
Taking before/after photos
Keeping track of retail/shop supply stock
Adding products into computer systems
Creating signs for in-salon sales
Shift Hours:
Wednesday (10am – 8pm)
Thursday (10:30am – 8pm)
Friday (10:30am – 6pm)
Saturday (9am – 4pm)
Sunday (11am – 3pm) (Every other week, closed Sundays Memorial Day through Labor Day)
Experience in Microsoft Word, Google Docs/Sheets, and Meevo is preferred, Social Media experience (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.) is required.
