– Mentor and train junior stylists in various techniques and skills
– Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries
– Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their desired outcomes are met
– Utilize salon software for appointment management and record keeping
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon area
– Contribute to retail sales by recommending and selling professional haircare products
